The pros and cons – Fitnes pros and cons

Decided to write about a fitnes topic is already, like, not there)

+ you will not get better or lose weight

+ you hardy, can be a long walk, carry heavy

+ you can defeat the other and depending on friends – catch them respect or envy

+ you tight, sits well on you clothes
+ you structure your time – it’s more for Udaltsov and echoes the point about self-discipline (below)

+ there are tons of options – from water aerobics and cycle to hip-hop and martial arts. introverts are more suitable trainers, extroverts – group clases

+ you also available sauna, masage, Solarium, fitnes room, bar and other Pribluda (but often for the extra money)
