Step platform is used in strength training and aerobic exercise. Clases are divided by the degree of preparednes:

Step-intro — recommended for beginners, low intensity loads. Introduction to step workout using a step platform.

Step 1 — medium and high level of training, it is recommended that after completing Step intro. Aerobic part is 30-35 minutes.

Step 2 — load high-intensity, recommended to be prepared. Aerobic part – 40-45 minutes.
