Step 1 — medium and high level of training, it is recommended that after completing Step intro. Aerobic part is 30-35 minutes.

Step 2 — load high-intensity, recommended to be prepared. Aerobic part – 40-45 minutes.

Power-step — aerobics using a step platform and simple choreography, high load level.

Step-n-sculpt — use platforms and special equipment. Medium and high loads.
